Dr. Robert E. Martin testifies to Dr. Reiner Fuellmich on preparations made years in advance for the current scamdemic; and on the fact that the injections are not for a virus.
Martin gives the example of the refusal of a patent for Fauci’s HIV “vaccine” based on mRNA technology of the kind currently involved in the so-called “Covid-19” injections. The patent office made it clear that Fauci’s mRNA-based formula did not qualify as a “vaccine” on several counts related to the fact of the mRNA technology. The same counts also apply, mutatis mutandis, to the “Covid-19” injections that are mRNA-based, and thus are not “vaccines”.
Moreover, Martin concludes that the Covid-19 mRNA injections were always deemed to be a bioweapon.
Note that Martin initially says “Merck”, he later corrects himself in the video, he meant MODERNA “wrote the script” for the current scamdemic in 2004, inventing the capitalized proper noun “The New Normal”.

Martin (PhD) closes the clip: “The tragedy is, we are now sitting in a world where we have hundreds of millions of people who are being injected with a pathogen-stimulating, um, computer sequence, which is being sold under what the patent office, what the medical profession, and what the FDA in its own clinical standards would not suggest is a vaccine. But, by using the term, we actually are now subjecting hundreds of millions of people to what was known to be, by 2005, a biological weapon.”
