The Australian people seem to have forgotten their constitutional guarantee against arbitrary imprisonment:

It’s been around for 800 years, doesn’t seem to get much of a workout. Moreover, it also makes it unconstitutional to “destroy” or ruin a “freeman” in any way whatsoever. Try it out one day. Hold your tyrants accountable. Says the museum: “The Magna Carta is currently undergoing important conservation work”. Why? Is it worn out from over-use?
Let’s have a look at Magna Carta in the home of the original:

Here’s the important provision:
“XXIX. Imprisonment, &c. contrary to Law. Administration of Justice.
“NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor [X1condemn him,] but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right.”
So, ask yourself. All the people in these INTERNMENT CAMPS, who are being ARBITRARILY ARRESTED, IMPRISONED, EXILED, and RUINED, have they been charged with a crime, have they been judged by a jury of their peers with a chance to defend themselves in a free and open hearing?
Take it out of the case. Take it for a spin. See if it still hugs the road.
