Can any of us realistically use the law to challenge the global Covid response?

That’s the question to which my latest high-profile guest has been seeking an answer for more than a year now, having set up the Coronavirus Investigative Committee in July 2020 with a view to taking on governments and public bodies worldwide in far-reaching class actions.

I will be exploring with him what’s been achieved so far and what he has discovered after gathering evidence from more than 150 key expert witnesses. Their testimony has touched on all aspects of the physical and psychological fall-out from the global pandemic response, how it’s impacted the economy, our politics, our personal freedoms, the law itself.

Nota bene. At 20 minutes in, Fuellmich concedes that there was “probably” “a leak” at the Wuhan Institute that does “gain of function” research. TINP does not buy this story at all. It has been a popular story, a sensationalist story. It has been well played up with movies in the documentary style. But movies and alleging “probability” prove nothing. Speculation is not fact, no matter how dramatic the speculation.

There is one way to determine whether an alleged virus, Sars-CoV-2, is indeed “at large”, “on the loose”, in circulation among the public. Appropriate clinical testing to isolate and purify the virus from the tissues of a sick patient or from a deceased.

Constructing or reconstructing the alleged virus as or from a computer model is not proof it is in circulation.

News early into the scamdemic says that governments had officially suspended autopsies on alleged Covid-19 victims because of the risk of toxicity and transmission to anyone conducting autopsies. Cremation was also urged and carried out on similar grounds in many locations, thereby destroying the evidence.

Quebec government instructions to its medical labs confirm that autopsies were/are suspended for Quebec and that deaths are to be labeled “Covid-19” on mere suspicion without any hard evidence.

However, as we have recently heard from funeral director John O’Looney in the United Kingdom, he has washed and dressed the bodies of the deceased since the pandemic was announced, and he has not contracted anything. O’Looney and his colleagues are convinced that the killer on the loose is the mRNA injections, and they believe governments are deliberately killing their citizens.

Therefore, where is the proof that people alleged to be suffering from “Covid-19” really have been infected with Sars-CoV-2?

Where is the proof that they have not been suffering from something else, including radiation sickness due to 5G roll-out? Or due to graphene oxide in the 2019 “flu” vaccine?

We have already seen, thanks to whistleblowers, that so-called “Covid-19” deaths in nursing homes were in fact consistent with a government policy of euthanasia of the elderly aged 65+ using midazolam to halt breathing, and a morphene overdose to “kill” the pain of suffocation while also killing the victim. As O’Looney points out, a virus does not attack specific buildings, i.e. nursing homes. Therefore something else went on that was used to create the illusion of a huge “spike” of “Covid-19” deaths in order to kick off the fake pandemic.

Terminology. TINP objects to the term “false positives” with regard to PCR results. “False” positives implies that there are sometimes also “true” positives. The term therefore implies that the PCR is diagnostic at least to some degree, which it is not. To state that it is not diagnostic “because” of “false positives” is therefore self-contradictory.

Again, as to the Wuhan biowarfare lab or the Wuhan wet market as alleged sources of the alleged virus, Sars-CoV-2, Dr. Sam Bailey dismisses the idea that Sars-CoV-2 is in circulation at all.

She has moreover noted that Wuhan (like other regions in China) endures high levels of air pollution and a large caseload of pneumonias.

The West frankly seems to have no evidence from China of any deaths in China from Sars-CoV-2. Meanwhile, China has engaged in a monolithic pro-lockdown campaign to force the West into an economic collapse. This has been documented by American lawyer Michael P. Senger, and journalist Aya Velázquez.

At his twitter channel, Senger has even exposed Red Chinese twitter-bots with twitter accounts, tweeting out thousands of pro-lockdown messages.

This behavior by Red China reasonably suggests that any and all behavior of China in regard to an alleged Sars-CoV-2 outbreak there, is highly suspect. Early in 2020, the founder of TINP observed, “I think we are being Spielberged” with movies of bleach-spraying in the streets of China. Indeed, Chinese nationals were heard to cry aloud from the windows of their apartment blocks, “It’s all fake!“, according to The Guardian.
