There’s not a single credible source that can provide evidence Malone invented the vaccine. Because he didn’t.
He didn’t work at Moderna, not Pfizer, and not BioN-Tech, where all three, Katalin Karokó, Drew Weissman, and Norbert Pardi, who invented the lipid delivery system, work.
Malone takes credit for both the vaccine and the delivery system that was invented by Pardi. Maybe he should take credit for the invention of the wheel.
In fact, Malone self-published the data on his own website here, and there is no credible or verifiable confirmation for any of it elsewhere. No scientific journals that should have come up with a basic Google search:

The Fact Check used Dr. Malone as reference for, and on, Dr. Malone.
He may have worked with mRNA technology somewhere, or on carburetors for old Ford trucks, but by the time he published any results that he claims were published (some of it may be true, but I doubt it), Kati Karikó was synthesizing mRNA at the University of Szeged in 1985 – two years before. I can’t even find any info on his education at Harvard…

I assure you, he invented the mRNA vaccine the same way I landed on an experimental Mars lander via Elon Musk, and returned to tell the tale.

The Kariko team worked with DARPA since 2010, on mRNA, and not Malone.
Malone is not the inventor, not the co-inventor.
Malone is a fraud.

You may have difficulty following a long sentence from subject through verb to object, complicated by an inability to tell the difference between a noun and an adjective. But anyway, here’s what Malone said, as quoted:

Robert Malone claims that he invented the core platform technology employed in the mRNA vaccines.
