TINP: Roguski points out that the International Health Regulations (IHR) require signatory states to monitor, detect, investigate and report abnormal death spikes.
Roguski is obviously pointing to the skyrocketing post-vaxx death rates, while giving us an instrument of binding international law to force our respective nations to INVESTIGATE. Because the states are clearly failing, neglecting and refusing to investigate. Possibly because those who instigated the vaxx are criminally culpable, and the results of an investigation would expose them. They prefer to keep the public turning in circles with fairy tales about the “lab leak”.
