UPDATE: I sent this video to a law firm. I’ve had a response, which confirms my own impression. I will paste the response below, without identifying the law firm:
Our legal team has reviewed the video of Mr. King, and some of the associated legal documents.
The video appears to contain several inaccuracies. It is unclear whether Mr. King fully understands the legal process he is involved in. It appears that Mr. King was unsuccessful in his attempt to subpoena Alberta’s Chief Medical Health Officer. There do not appear to be any critical admissions by Dr. Hinshaw about the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Further, there is no indication that Mr. King’s case is connected to the relaxing of covid restrictions in Alberta.
8 august 2021. A little update. The law firm in question who commented on the King story has issued its own public statement on the matter in fuller detail:
This in no way changes the very high likelihood that no health or medical authority on Earth, including the CDC, has a specimen of the Sars-CoV-2 virus isolated from a sick patient. More work needs to be done to prove this, and discredit the virus peddlers. See, for example:
So, take all news, including what seems to be good news, with a pinch of salt. Admin TINP
Rebel News also disagrees that Patrick King’s case is indeed what it is claimed to be:
Some people disagree about the legal effect of Patrick King’s court case.
Looking for the judgment in the King file, on 5 August 2021, Patrick King’s case doesn’t seem to show up in canlii. Keep an eye on canlii, that’s where it should appear, and then we can see for ourselves what the court had to say: https://www.canlii.org/en/
P.S. I sincerely appreciate Patrick King’s enthusiasm and efforts, and everything he is trying to achieve for all of us. Thank you, Patrick. Hang in there.
